(3)Obtain Device Account Permission:** Used to obtain the list of accounts on the phone for quick login.
(4)Camera Permission (Android, iOS versions):** Used for scanning QR codes for device installation, account login, etc.
(5)Recording Permission (Android, iOS versions):** Used when binding devices such as cameras and visual doorbells in [General Water Technology's IOT service] for functions like video intercom and picking up voice commands.
(6)Read Phone Permission (Android version):** Used to generate the device identifier for the phone locally on the client.
(7)Enable WLAN Permission (Android, iOS versions):** Used to connect to the Wi-Fi emitted by the device for device communication during quick connection.
(8)Enable Bluetooth Permission (Android, iOS versions):** Used to connect to the Bluetooth signal emitted by the device for device communication during quick connection. For smart devices connected via Bluetooth, Bluetooth permission is also required for communication.
(9)Floating Window Permission (Android version):** Used when binding cameras in [General Water Technology's IOT service] to display real-time camera footage in a floating window.
(10)Album Permission (Android, iOS versions):** Used to read and write photos and videos on the device for functions such as scanning and user feedback.
(11)Obtain Calendar Permission (Android, iOS versions):** Used to add "Youpin" discount information and event reminders to the calendar.
(12)Face ID Permission (iOS version):** Used for unlocking without entering a password.
(13)Advertising Identifier Permission (iOS version):** Used to quickly discover suitable products when browsing items on Youpin.

1.3 You fully understand that in the following situations, we do not need your consent to collect and use personal information
(1)Related to the obligations fulfilled by the personal information controller as per laws and regulations.
(2)Directly related to national security and defense.
(3)Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
(4)Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.
